Every address below reaches a person. We read everything, and we reply to anything that asks a question, usually within two working days.

## Who to write to Corrections Spotted a mistake? The quickest route is the form on the [corrections page](https://film.one/corrections), which reaches the editor directly. Or [corrections@film.one](https://film.onemailto:corrections@film.one). The editor For anything about what we publish, how we rate, or how we use AI. [editor@film.one](https://film.onemailto:editor@film.one) Distributors and publicists Screening invitations, press materials, release-date changes, embargoes. We attend UK press screenings and we follow embargoes to the minute. [press@film.one](https://film.onemailto:press@film.one) Rights holders Every image on Fi1m is recorded with its source and licence. If you believe we are using something we shouldn't, tell us and it comes down within one working day while we look. [rights@film.one](https://film.onemailto:rights@film.one) Members and accounts Sign-in trouble, billing, deleting your account, downloading your data. [help@film.one](https://film.onemailto:help@film.one). Most of this you can also do yourself under [Account](https://film.one/collections#account). API and partnerships Our reviews, scores and availability data are available through the Fi1m API, with a free tier for non-commercial use. [api@film.one](https://film.onemailto:api@film.one) Privacy Questions about your data, or to exercise a right under the UK GDPR. [privacy@film.one](https://film.onemailto:privacy@film.one). Our [privacy policy](https://film.one/privacy) sets out what we hold and why. Post Fi1m Ltd, [registered office address], London. Registered in England and Wales, company number [00000000]. ## What we don't do We don't accept payment for reviews, coverage or placement, and we don't take advertising, so there is no one to write to about either. We don't publish guest posts. We don't sell or share our members' email addresses, and we're not going to start.
