## Biography

Aaron Sims is a production designer and concept artist. He was production designer on *Insidious* (2011), for which he also served as co-producer, and had previously collaborated with director James Wan on *Dead Silence* (2007).

Sims has worked extensively in concept art, creature design and related roles. His credits include concept artist on *I Am Legend* (2007), *Ready Player One* (2018), *The Amazing Spider-Man 2* (2014), *Dawn of the Planet of the Apes* (2014), *Wonder Woman 1984* (2020), *Uncharted* (2022) and *Mulan* (2020), and sculptor on *Men in Black* (1997). He founded the Aaron Sims Company and was a protégé of Stan Winston and Rick Baker.
