## Biography

Abraham Marder is an American screenwriter, composer and musician. He co-wrote the screenplay for the film *Sound of Metal* (2020) with his brother, director Darius Marder.

Marder also composed the film's score alongside Nicolas Becker and wrote and performed the end-credits song 'Green', which was shortlisted for an Academy Award for Best Original Song. The screenplay received an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
