Adam Armus is a television writer and producer. He has frequently collaborated with writing partner Nora Kay Foster, whom he met in 1991 in a sitcom writing class at UCLA.

The pair wrote multiple episodes of *Xena: Warrior Princess* (1995) and *Hercules: The Legendary Journeys* (1995). Armus has also contributed scripts to series including *The Practice* (1997), *Birds of Prey* (2002) and *Heroes* (2006), where he worked as a producer.

He has served as an executive producer on programmes such as *The Following* (2013), *Quantico* (2015) and *American Odyssey* (2015), which he co-created. Armus is an Emmy-nominated writer and has taught at UCLA Extension.
