Adam Belanoff is a television writer and producer. He wrote episodes of *Murphy Brown* (1988) and served as co-producer on the series. His other writing credits include *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1987), *Wings* (1990), *Cosby* (1996), *Titus* (2000), *Judging Amy* (1999), *The Closer* (2005), *Major Crimes* (2012) and *Fantasy Island* (2021).

Belanoff grew up in Chappaqua, New York. He received a BA in English from Columbia University and an MFA in screenwriting from the USC School of Cinema-Television.
