Adam Dicterow is an American film editor. A New York City native now based in Brooklyn, he began his career editing short films before working as an assistant and additional editor on features including *A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood* (2019), *Can You Ever Forgive Me?* (2018), *Land* (2021) and *Dear Evan Hansen* (2021).

He served as editor on *Mutt* (2023), which premiered at Sundance, and *In the Summers* (2024). Dicterow trained under editor Anne McCabe and has collaborated with directors including Marielle Heller and Vuk Lungulov-Klotz. He is credited as editor on *Misty Green* (2026) and *Cotton Fever* (2026).

Earlier in his career Dicterow directed, wrote and acted in several short films.
