Adam Frost, born Adam Nicholas Frost, is a Canadian writer, actor and producer. He began his career as an actor, appearing in series including *Emily of New Moon* (2000) and *The Mountain* (2004), and films such as *The Secret Pact* (1999) and *Extreme Movie* (2008).

Frost later moved into writing and producing. He contributed as a writer, story editor and teleplay writer on the ABC series *Castle* (2009) across multiple seasons, and has worked on the crime drama *Tribal* (2020–2021) as writer and co-executive producer.
