## Biography

Adam Scher is a New York-based production designer and art director. His early credits in the art department include set design on *Good Will Hunting* (1997) and assistant art direction on *The Royal Tenenbaums* (2001). He later worked as art director on films such as *The School of Rock* (2003) and *Analyze That* (2002).

From 2010 to 2014 Scher served as art director on the series *Boardwalk Empire*, for which he won four consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Art Direction for a Single-Camera Series. His production design credits include the pilot of *Civil* (2016), *Marvel's Daredevil* (2018), *Prodigal Son* (2019–2021), *Pet Sematary: Bloodlines* (2023) and episodes of *Dead Ringers* (2023).
