## Biography

Adam Targum is an American television writer, producer and showrunner. A graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, he began his career after selling his first feature screenplay, *The Good Student* (2006). He joined the writing staff of the USA series *The Dead Zone* (2002) and went on to work on *Blade: The Series* (2006), *Standoff* (2006), *Eleventh Hour* (2008) and *CSI: NY* (2004).

In 2014 he joined the writing and producing team of the Cinemax series *Banshee* (2013), rising to executive producer and showrunner while also directing episodes of the companion series *Banshee Origins* (2013). Subsequent credits include *Outcast* (2016), *NCIS: New Orleans* (2014) and *Warrior* (2019). He has taught graduate screenwriting at the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts.
