Al Silvani (1910–1996) was an American actor and boxing trainer. He appeared in numerous films, often in uncredited or minor roles, and worked as a technical adviser and assistant director on boxing-related productions.

He played the cut man in *Rocky* (1976), credited as Al Salvani, and reprised similar roles in *Rocky II* (1979) and *Rocky III* (1982). Other credits include *From Here to Eternity* (1953), *Ocean's Eleven* (1960), *Somebody Up There Likes Me* (1956), *Every Which Way but Loose* (1978) and *Stir Crazy* (1980). Silvani trained more than twenty world champion boxers and was a friend of Frank Sinatra, appearing in several of the singer's films.
