Alan Hook is a production designer and art director working in film and television. He has served as production designer on the series *One Tree Hill* (2005–2011) and *Dawson's Creek* (1999–2003), and on the feature *A Good Old Fashioned Orgy* (2011).

His earlier credits include set design on *Empire Records* (1995) and art direction or supervising art director roles on films such as *Syriana* (2005), *G.I. Joe: Retaliation* (2013), *Iron Man 3* (2013), *Furious 7* (2015), *Insurgent* (2015), *Allegiant* (2016), *Black Panther* (2018), *Bad Boys for Life* (2020), *The Suicide Squad* (2021) and *Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3* (2023). He has also contributed to *Godzilla: King of the Monsters* (2019) and additional photography on *Thor: Ragnarok* (2017).

Hook is based in Wilmington, North Carolina, and has worked on numerous productions filmed in the region and in Atlanta.
