## Biography

Albert Gran (4 August 1862 – 16 December 1932) was a Norwegian-born American actor. He worked on the stage in Europe and on Broadway before beginning his screen career in 1916. He appeared as a character actor in more than 40 films through 1933.

Gran played Boul in the 1927 film *7th Heaven*. Other film roles include appearances in *Beverly of Graustark* (1926), *Dry Martini* (1928) and *Our Modern Maidens* (1929). He died in Los Angeles following a road accident.
