Alec Hirschfeld is a cinematographer and camera operator. He worked as director of photography on episodes of the television series *Law & Order*, including one in 1990 and another in 2009.

He is the son of cinematographer Gerald Hirschfeld. His credits include assistant camera on *Taxi Driver* (1976), camera operator on *The Slumber Party Massacre* (1982), *Stepmom* (1998) and *Kiss the Girls* (1997), and director of photography on *Space Raiders* (1983), *Imps** (1983) and *Love Letters* (1983). He has also directed several short films.
