## Biography

Alex Fountain is a British film and television editor. He holds a BA Hons in Film Production.

He has collaborated repeatedly with director Philip Barantini. His credits include the 2019 short *Boiling Point*, the 2021 feature of the same name, the 2023 television series, *Villain* (2020), *The Responder* (2022), *Accused* (2023) and *Malpractice* (2023). He also edited episodes of *The Vanishing Triangle* and worked on music videos.

Fountain was named a Broadcast Hot Shot editor in 2022. He has directed several short films and contributed to camera and stills work on some productions.
