Alexander Bulkley is an American film and television producer and director. He is the co-founder, with Corey Campodonico, of the animation studio ShadowMachine.

Bulkley has produced ShadowMachine projects including *Robot Chicken* (2005–2012) and *BoJack Horseman* (2014–2020). He directed the feature *The Zodiac* (2005), which he co-wrote with his brother Kelly. As a producer on *Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio* (2022), he shared the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and the BAFTA Award for Best Animated Film. He has received Emmy Award nominations for his work on animated programmes.
