Aleksei Borisovich Rodionov is a Russian cinematographer born on 26 April 1947 in Moscow. He trained at the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography and began his career as a camera assistant before working on feature films.

Rodionov is known for his work on Elem Klimov’s *Come and See* (1985) and for collaborating with director Sally Potter on *Orlando* (1992), *Yes* (2004) and *The Party* (2017). His other credits include *Admiral* (2008), *Generation P* (2011) and *Hard to Be a God* (2014). He received a Golden Eagle Award for *Admiral*, shared with Igor Grinyakin, and Nika Award nominations for *Zhena kerosinshchika* (1989) and *A Moslem* (1995).
