Alf Kjellin was a Swedish actor and director. Born in Lund, he began his career as an actor in Swedish films in the late 1930s and achieved a breakthrough with the 1944 film *Hets* (Torment). He later appeared in Hollywood productions and worked in both countries before settling in the United States in the early 1960s.

Kjellin directed numerous television episodes, including three for the series *Mission: Impossible* (1966). His other directing credits include episodes of *Alfred Hitchcock Presents*, *Columbo*, *Hawaii Five-O*, *The Waltons*, *Dynasty* and *Gunsmoke*, as well as made-for-television films. He also acted in several American films and television series.
