Alfredo Antonini (31 May 1901 – 3 November 1983) was an Italian-American composer and conductor. Born in Alessandria, Italy, he studied at the Royal Conservatory in Milan and performed as an organist and pianist with the La Scala Orchestra before emigrating to the United States in 1929.

He became a prominent figure in American radio and television, serving as a conductor and music director for CBS from the 1930s to the 1970s. Antonini composed for numerous programmes and received a Primetime Emmy Award in 1972. His film credits include the score for the 1920 silent film *The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari*.
