Ali Badshah is a Canadian actor, comedian, writer, producer and director. Born in Toronto in 1978, he trained with The Second City and Yuk Yuk's and began his career in stand-up and sketch comedy.

He created and starred in the CBC web series *Bloody Immigrants* and has written and performed comedy specials for CBC, CTV, The Comedy Network, MTV and ABC2 Australia. Badshah is known for his voice role as Nurullah in the animated film *The Breadwinner* (2017) and for television appearances in *Kim's Convenience* (2016), *Ghosts* (2021) and *Hudson & Rex* (2019).
