Alison Flierl is a writer, performer and producer based in Los Angeles. She studied cinema production at the Park School of Communications, Ithaca College, in Ithaca, New York.

She wrote episodes of the animated series *BoJack Horseman* (2015–2016) and the Nickelodeon series *School of Rock* (2016–2018). Earlier credits include staff writing on *Conan* (2011–2013) and co-creating the web series *TV Guide Letter Theater* and *Internet Comment Theater*. She served as executive producer on the feature film *Random Tropical Paradise* (2017).
