Alison Routledge is a New Zealand actress. She is best known for playing Joanne in the 1985 science fiction film *The Quiet Earth*.

Born on 29 April 1960, Routledge moved to New Zealand as a teenager. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in German from Victoria University of Wellington and graduated from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 1982. Her other screen credits include *Bridge to Nowhere* (1986), *The Returning* (1990), *Rain* (2001) and the short film *Nothing Special* (2005). She also presented the children's nature series *Wildtrack*.
