Allen Midgette (1939–2021) was an American actor and painter. He appeared in Bernardo Bertolucci’s early films, playing Agostino in *Before the Revolution* (1964) and a sailor (uncredited) in *The Spider’s Stratagem* (1970). He also featured in *La Commare Secca* (1962) as Teodoro, the soldier, and as a vagabond (uncredited) in *1900* (1976).

Midgette is known for impersonating Andy Warhol on a 1967 college lecture tour. He appeared in Warhol’s films *The Nude Restaurant* (1967) and *Lonesome Cowboys* (1968). Born in Camden, New Jersey, he later lived in Woodstock, New York, where he worked as a painter.
