Alley Mills, also credited as Allison Mills, is an American actress. She was born on 9 May 1951 in Chicago, Illinois, and studied at Bennington College, Yale University (where she earned a BA magna cum laude in drama and art history in 1973) and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

Mills is known for playing Norma Arnold in the series *The Wonder Years* (1988–1993) and Claire in an episode of *Moonlighting* (1985). She has appeared in guest roles on series including *Hill Street Blues* (1982), *Punky Brewster* (1987) and *Sabrina, the Teenage Witch* (1996), and as Pamela Douglas in *The Bold and the Beautiful* from 2006. She later played Heather Webber in *General Hospital* (2022–2024).

Mills was married to actor Orson Bean from 1993 until his death in 2020.
