Amanda Needham is a costume designer based in Portland, Oregon. She began working in makeup and wardrobe departments before taking on costume design roles in independent film and television.

Her film credits include *Wendy and Lucy* (2008), *The River Why* (2010) and *Green Room* (2016). On television she designed costumes for *Portlandia* (2011–2017), winning two Primetime Emmy Awards, as well as *Baskets* (2016–2017) and *Shrill* (2019). Later film work includes *Somebody I Used to Know* (2023).
