Amari Cheatom is an American actor. He was born on 19 January 1986 in New Orleans, Louisiana, and trained at the Juilliard School, graduating with a BFA in Drama in 2008.

Cheatom's screen credits include Roy in *Django Unchained* (2012), Carter Johnson in *Roman J. Israel, Esq.* (2017), Leon Grant in *Crown Heights* (2017) and an undercover cop in *Detroit* (2017). He played Collins in *Judas and the Black Messiah* (2021).
