Amit Gupta is a director and writer. His television directing credits include four episodes of *His Dark Materials* (2022), three episodes of *We Were the Lucky Ones* (2024), and two episodes of *Dark Matter* (2024–). He has also directed episodes of *Avatar: The Last Airbender* (2024).

Earlier work includes directing and writing the feature film *Resistance* (2011) and the shorts *Love Story* (2007) and *Shotgun Wedding* (2001). He has additionally served as executive producer on *We Were the Lucky Ones* and consulting producer on *His Dark Materials*.
