## Biography

Amy Forsyth is a Canadian actress. Born on 6 August 1995 in Ontario, she began performing in ballet before moving into musical theatre and then film and television.

Forsyth made her feature film debut in the 2013 horror film *Torment*. She has appeared in the films *A Christmas Horror Story* (2015), *Beautiful Boy* (2018), *Hell Fest* (2018), *We Summon the Darkness* (2020), *CODA* (2021) as Gertie, and *The Novice* (2021). On television she has had series regular roles in *The Path* (2016–17), the second season of *Channel Zero* (2017) and *Rise* (2018), as well as recurring roles in *Defiance* (2014–15) and *The Gilded Age* (2022–present).
