Amy Wright is an American actress. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she graduated from Beloit College and later studied acting with Uta Hagen in New York.

She is known for film roles including the Bridesmaid in *The Deer Hunter* (1978), Nancy in *Breaking Away* (1979), Jackie in *The Amityville Horror* (1979), Rose Leary in *The Accidental Tourist* (1988), and the Burning House Realtor in *Synecdoche, New York* (2008). She has also appeared in *The Good Shepherd* (2006) and *The Scarlet Letter* (1995).
