Anatol Yusef is an English actor born on 20 July 1978 in Barking, London. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, graduating in 2000, and began his career with early television appearances in *Jeeves and Wooster* (1990, 1992) and *Grange Hill* (1995).

He is best known for his portrayal of Meyer Lansky in the HBO series *Boardwalk Empire* (2010–2014) and as Paul Gould in the Channel 4 miniseries *Southcliffe* (2013). Other notable screen roles include DeBlanc in *Preacher* (2016) and Tom Luddy in *Bastille Day* (2016). Yusef has also worked extensively in theatre, including as a resident company member with the Royal Shakespeare Company and in productions such as *King Lear* and *Richard III*.
