Anders Engström is a Finnish director. Born on 2 October 1963 in Nykarleby, he studied film making at the London International Film School. He is known for directing episodes of the series *Taboo* (2017), *Thicker Than Water* (2014–2016), *Jordskott* (2015) and the feature films in the Vares series.

Engström has also directed episodes of *Mankell's Wallander*, *Morden*, *Irene Huss* and *Småstadsberättelser*. He won the Venla award for directing the television series *Isabella*.
