## Biography

Andrea M. Scott is a Canadian writer and playwright. She holds a BA and MA in theatre from the University of Toronto and began her career in theatre, working as both an actress and playwright.

She has contributed to several television series as a story editor and writer, including *Murdoch Mysteries* (2021–2024) and *The Porter* (2022). Scott joined the writers’ room for the ABC series *High Potential* (2024–), serving as executive story editor and writing an episode. Her play *Get That Hope* premiered at the Stratford Festival.
