Andrew Bird is a British film editor. Born in London in December 1956, he holds citizenship of both the United Kingdom and Germany and has worked primarily in German cinema.

He has maintained a long collaboration with director Fatih Akin since the mid-1990s, editing films including *Head-On* (2004), *The Edge of Heaven* (2007), *Soul Kitchen* (2009), *Goodbye Berlin* (2016), *In the Fade* (2017) and *The Seed of the Sacred Fig* (2024). Bird won the German Film Award for Best Editing for *The Edge of Heaven* and received further nominations for *Goodbye Berlin* and *A Symphony of Noise*.
