Fung Chih-Chiang, also credited as Andrew Fung Chih-Chiang and Fung Chi-Keung, is a Hong Kong screenwriter and director. He graduated from the Academy of Film at Hong Kong Baptist University and began his career as an assistant director before writing scripts for Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) dramas.

He received his first major film credit as a co-writer on *Shaolin Soccer* (2001). Subsequent screenwriting work includes *CJ7* (2008), *Sparrow* (2008), *Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons* (2013) and *The Mermaid* (2016). He made his directorial debut with *The Bounty* (2012) and has since directed *The Midas Touch* (2013), *Concerto of the Bully* (2018), *A Witness Out of the Blue* (2019) and *Tales from the Occult* (2022). His screenplay for *The Mermaid* was nominated for a Hong Kong Film Award.
