Andrew Licht is an American film producer and screenwriter, also known as Andy Licht. He graduated from the USC School of Cinema-Television in 1981 after earning an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Licht produced *License to Drive* (1988), *Little Monsters* (1989), *The Cable Guy* (1996) and *Idle Hands* (1999). He served as executive producer on *Waterworld* (1995) and has additional credits including *Inkheart* (2008). He has frequently collaborated with Jeffrey A. Mueller through their Licht/Mueller Film Corporation. Licht was born on 29 September 1957 in Santa Monica, California.
