Andrew Morgan is an English television director. Born in Somerset in 1942, he trained at RADA and worked as a stage director at the Theatre Royal, York, before joining the BBC. He became a freelance director in 1978.

Morgan is known for directing episodes of *Doctor Who* (1963), including *Time and the Rani* (1987) and *Remembrance of the Daleks* (1988), as well as *Blake's 7* (1978), *EastEnders* (1985), *Casualty* (1986) and *The Worst Witch* (1998). He also produced the BBC series *One by One* (1984). He received BAFTA nominations for *Swallows & Amazons*, *The Prince and the Pauper* and *The Worst Witch*.
