## Biography

Andy Gordon is an American television writer and producer. He has written for series including *Modern Family* (2009), on which he also served as consulting and co-executive producer, *The Big Bang Theory* (2007), *Just Shoot Me!* (1997), *Mad About You* (1992) and *Last Man Standing* (2011). He created the Nickelodeon sitcom *True Jackson, VP* (2008).

Gordon began his career in the late 1980s and has held producing roles on numerous comedies, among them *NewsRadio*, *Complete Savages* and *DAG*, which he co-created. He has received Primetime Emmy nominations for his work on *Modern Family* and *Mad About You*.
