## Biography

Angelo Canevari is an Italian production designer and art director. His early credits include production design on *L'uomo dall'artiglio* (1931), *Paradiso* (1932) and *Gesuzza the Garibaldian Wife* (1933), and art direction on *La scala* (1931) and *La cantante dell'opera* (1933).

He later worked as production designer on Bernardo Bertolucci's *Before the Revolution* (1964), credited alongside Vittorio Cafiero.
