Angie Xtravaganza was a performer and co-founder of the House of Xtravaganza in New York City's ball scene. She served as its mother and was a prominent figure in the city's gay ball culture during the 1980s and early 1990s.

She appeared as herself in the 1990 documentary film *Paris Is Burning*, directed by Jennie Livingston, which documented the ball scene and houses. Xtravaganza was born in New York City in 1964 and died there in 1993.
