Ann Harding (born Dorothy Walton Gatley; 7 August 1902 – 1 September 1981) was an American actress. She began her career on Broadway and in regional theatre in the 1920s before moving into film with the advent of sound pictures.

She appeared in *East Lynne* (1931) as Lady Isabella and *Peter Ibbetson* (1935) as Mary, Duchess of Towers. Harding received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress for *Holiday* (1930). She also worked in radio and television, and has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
