## Biography

Anna Bonaiuto is an Italian actress. She was born on 28 January 1950 in Latisana, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. She trained at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica and began working in theatre in the early 1970s with directors including Luca Ronconi, Carlo Cecchi and Mario Martone.

Her film roles include Matilde in *The Postman* (1994) and Delia in *L'amore molesto* (1995), for which she received the David di Donatello, Nastro d'Argento and other awards. She has appeared in *My Brother Is an Only Child* (2007), *Il Divo* (2008) as Livia Danese, the *Loro* films (2018) and *Naples in Veils* (2017). Bonaiuto has also worked extensively in television and continues to act in film and on stage.
