Anna Henkel-Grönemeyer was a German actress. Born in Hamburg in 1953, she made her screen debut in *Dorotheas Rache* (1974) and appeared in *Chapeau Claque* (1974).

Her best-known role was as Anita the Younger in Bernardo Bertolucci's *1900* (1976). She also appeared in *Io sono mia* (1978) and several television productions.

She was married to the singer and actor Herbert Grönemeyer. Henkel-Grönemeyer died in London in 1998.
