Anne Kenney is an American television writer and producer. Born in Beaverton, Oregon, she is an alumna of Ohio University. She began her career working at newspapers on the East Coast before moving to Los Angeles to work in television.

Kenney has written for numerous series, including *L.A. Law*, *ER* (1995), *Family Law*, *Greek*, *Hellcats*, *Switched at Birth*, *Outlander* (2014–2017) and *American Gods* (2017). She served as co-executive producer and later executive producer on *Outlander*, writing multiple episodes including the first-season episode “The Wedding”. She has also written the play *Last Call*.
