## Biography

Annie Weisman is a television writer, producer and director. She began her career as a playwright, with works including *Be Aggressive* and *Hold Please* produced in the early 2000s. A graduate of Williams College, she transitioned to television writing.

Her credits include episodes of *Desperate Housewives* (2010–2012), *Suburgatory* (2012–2014) and *The Path* (2016–2018). She created and served as showrunner on *Almost Family* (2019) and *Physical* (2021–2023), for which she also directed an episode. She has written for *Based on a True Story* (2023) and created *Imperfect Women* (2026).
