Anthony Agrusa is an American animator and director. He was born on 31 May 1961 in California.

He began working in animation on series including *Futurama* and *King of the Hill*, later contributing to *American Dad!* as a retake director and storyboard artist. Agrusa directed 11 episodes of *The Cleveland Show* (2009–2013) and one episode of *Family Guy*, 'Better Off Meg' (2020). He has also served as retake director and in other animation department roles on numerous episodes of *Family Guy* since 2008.
