## Biography

Anthony Chun is an animation director. He has directed episodes of *King of the Hill* (2007–2008), *Bob's Burgers* (2011–2013), *Rick and Morty* (2017–2019), *The Batman* (2005–2007) and other series, and has worked in art department roles on films including *Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness* (2022).

He studied literature at Yale University and previously drew superhero comics for Image Comics and DC Comics before entering animation.

Chun won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program in 2018 for directing the *Rick and Morty* episode "Pickle Rick". He received a nomination in the same category in 2013 for the *Bob's Burgers* episode "O.T.: The Outside Toilet".
