## Biography

Antonio Ugo (1951–2012) was an Argentine actor known for work in film, television and theatre.

He trained at the Escuela Nacional de Arte Dramático and was a member of the stable ensemble at the Teatro General San Martín from 1971 to 1989. His film credits include *Nine Queens* (2000), in which he played D'Agostino, *On Probation* (2005) and *Thesis on a Homicide* (2013). Television appearances include episodes of *Hermanos y detectives* (2006).

Ugo received the Premio Trinidad Guevara in 1999 and the Premio Florencio Sánchez in 2005 for his stage performances.
