## Biography

Anya Leta is a screenwriter, producer and director. She grew up in Fairfield, Iowa, and has long-standing connections to India. She holds a B.A. from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and an M.F.A. from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Singapore.

Leta wrote and directed the short film *Points of Origin* (2014), which she made in Mumbai. Her television writing credits include staff writer and writer roles on *Homeland* (2018), story editor and writer on *The Mosquito Coast* (2021–2022), teleplay and story work on *The Morning Show* (2023), and writer credits on *Fellow Travelers* (2023). She has also worked as a producer on several of these series.
