## Biography

April Korto Quioh is a Liberian-American screenwriter and producer. She wrote for the NBC series *Brooklyn Nine-Nine* (2021), where she also served as executive story editor.

She has written episodes of *Loot* (2022–2024) on Apple TV+, serving as supervising producer, and of *Survival of the Thickest* (2023–2025) on Netflix, where she was co-executive producer. Other credits include *The Other Black Girl* on Hulu and *Sunnyside* on NBC. She is based in Los Angeles.

Quioh wrote, directed and starred in the short film *Pick Me* (2025), executive produced by Lilly Wachowski, and is developing it into a feature. She runs Palava Productions with her sister.
