Arabella Anderson is a writer and director. She wrote an episode of the Amazon series *Transparent* (2014) and worked as writer, story editor and executive story editor on The CW series *Riverdale* (2017–2022). She has also written for the Fox series *Star* (2017).

Anderson is a Peabody Award winner and Writers Guild of America Award nominee. She studied film and screenwriting at Columbia College Chicago between 2010 and 2012 and is based in Los Angeles. She has directed short films that have screened at festivals including Sundance and Frameline, and has developed projects with networks and studios including HBO and Apple.
