Armelia McQueen was an American actress. She was born on 6 January 1952 in Southern Pines, North Carolina, and died on 3 October 2020 in Los Angeles, California.

McQueen trained at the HB Studio in New York. She began her career on stage, appearing in the original Broadway production of the musical *Ain't Misbehavin'* (1978–1982) and its 1988 revival, for which she received a Theatre World Award. Her film roles include *Sparkle* (1976), *Action Jackson* (1988) and *Ghost* (1990), in which she played Oda Mae's sister.

On television she portrayed the Red Queen in the Disney series *Adventures in Wonderland* (1992–1994) and appeared in episodes of *The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air*, *Hart of Dixie* and *Brooklyn Nine-Nine*.
